An Inventory is a legal document and should be detailed with digital photos of each room focusing on areas of interest such as items of value or dilapidations, especially on items that were already damaged, marked or worn.
Our clerk will take the tenants through the property giving some advice on avoiding damages, and how to avoid incurring charges at the end of the tenancy. We will hand over the keys to the tenantsand ask them to sign a Schedule
A Check-out report takes place on the last day of the tenancy and is the most important part of the deposit return process. The Check-Out report compares the property’s condition at the beginning of the tenancy as per Inventory Report to the condition at the end of the tenancy.
