AGENTS AND LANDLORDS INFO

TENANT DAMAGE CLAIMS

TENANCY DEPOSIT SCHEMES

The Deposit Schemes introduced in 2007 require that before any of the deposit can be withheld landlords must provide evidence of dilapidation.

A detailed Inventory report accompanied by a Check-in and Check-out is needed to provide evidence. Failure to compile a professional in-depth Inventory and Check-out will result in the Tenant receiving full deposit at the end of the tenancy regardless of any dilapidation.

After receiving the instruction for Inventory/Check In/Mid-term Inspection/Check Out we will take over and contact the tenant to arrange a suitable time for the job to be carried out. We offer a key collecting service. A detailed and in-depth report will be returned to the instructing party.

Our impartial and dedicated service provides agents and landlords with peace of mind that their properties are protected. This helps minimise disputes and maintains good relationships with tenants.
