The Deposit Schemes introduced in 2007 require that before any of the deposit can be withheld landlords must provide evidence of dilapidation.
A detailed Inventory report accompanied by a Check-in and Check-out is needed to provide evidence. Failure to compile a professional in-depth Inventory and Check-out will result in the Tenant receiving full deposit at the end of the tenancy regardless of any dilapidation.
After receiving the instruction for Inventory/Check In/Mid-term Inspection/Check Out we will take over and contact the tenant to arrange a suitable time for the job to be carried out. We offer a key collecting service. A detailed and in-depth report will be returned to the instructing party.
