    A Property Inventory is a detailed inspection of a residential or comercial property with digital photos focusing on areas on interest such as items of value or delapidations. A visual and fully comprehensive Inventory report and a comprehensive Check out are required by the Tenancy Deposit Schemes in order to retain funds for any damage occured during the tenancy. Failure to do so will result in full deposit being returned to the tenant regardless of damages.

  • Does the tenant need to be present during inspection?
    No, during the current Covid-19 pandemic we conduct no contact services, please contact us on 020 8383 1132 to discuss further.
